Image animation and background video

I have the business subscription, and I'm looking to add animations to my images, allowing them to move within the page. However, I couldn't find the animation option for individual images; it seems to be available only for the entire page settings, controlling the transition of the entire page.

I'm also  interested in setting up a background video to play automatically without requiring user interaction to press the play button. How can I achieve this?

#2. You can use Code Block with video tag to add video, however if you have a text/any elements over video, will need to adjust a bit in Code Block. If you can create a page, set up a background video with your layout, then we can check & give exact code easier
