Image change on side triggered by text hover

Hi! Would it be possible to make an image change on the side of a paragraph, triggered by hovering over specific words in the paragraph? Apologies for the confusing wording, I've been searching for a solution but can't seem to word it properly. I prototyped / recorded an example of what I'm hoping to achieve.

Hi @tuanphan! Thanks so much for your detailed reply! I am on a trial site now because I am switching my existing site which is on a business plan but version 7.0 (debating if I need the business plan for the new site based on how much javascript I'd like to use).

Will option 1 also require a business plan or higher?
