Have lightbox caption and gallery image description in different positions

Hi there! I am making a portfolio website for my client. Per her request, I made a main gallery- each image has its own description on hover. I was able to achieve that position with the code on this page:

Works great! however, when this is applied, and i click an image, the caption of each shadowbox (for each shadow box I had to create an unlinked page and use a lightbox plugin to achieve the carousel lightbox) is now overlaid on the image. I would like the image caption to appear UNDER the images. Please help!

OH and the code adds an opacity to the shadow box (which i do not want). please advise!
