event customizations

Hello! Im working with the event calender for a customer and they want it to be a calender for their trainings. 1. I need to change the "visa evenemang" button to a customized text that says "Läs mer" instead of "visa evenemang".

2. I need to add a "sign up" button in the single event page that redirects to an external url page. I added a red box in the screenshot that shows were I want to have it. 
3. I also want to change this "tillbaka till alla evenemang" to say "tillbaka till alla utbildningar" instead.
