Domain issue

Hi, i have a new website and have tried to transfer my old domain to squarespace. I've requested this from the domain provider and provided them with the new isp tag but not had any response. I've since  received 2 emails from squarespace confirming this has still not been done and the transfer may be cancelled. If i was to buy a new domain name from squarespace is it easy to  to sort this problem as I'm keen to go live asap.
