Unable to edit email address just above footer.

I need to edit our contact email address, and I cannot figure out how to do it! It's very frustrating, as this email address appears on every page of the website. If I click the top "edit" in the attached picture, I can edit the "contact us" link. If I click the bottom one, I can edit our social media links. But I can't edit the email address. Any ideas?

Got it. I think it should be an option in another menu bar (Design, or Settings..). Which template do you use? I will try finding that option on this template
