Remove Quantity and Dropdown from Product Page

I set up a product page to sell custom items. I would like to remove the "Quantity" and the dropdown beneath it.  The customer must complete a question form upon adding the item to their cart. Because a custom form is required for each product, the customer cannot order more than 1 unit at time without causing problems for me. Please advise if there is code I could enter in to Custom CSS to remove this?
