Customizing contact form newsletter sign-up

Hey,

I have a contact form on this site: https://alpaca-chicory-4ktm.squarespace.com/

I want to change the text so it says something different instead of 'Sign up for news and updates'

Any ideas?

The selector is specific to each form, I would need to be able to see your website, but it's password-protected.
