Can you send to only ONE subscriber with Email Marketing?

Hello,

I am learning and figuring out the email marketing component of Squarespace. Can you email just one subscriber at a time? I have an email list that will be imported from my CRM throughout the year to update the mailing list in Squarespace. I want to capture those newly added with an ongoing generic email template that I've created, but I do not want to do a campaign as that will send the same email to those who have received it in the past. Is there a workaround if there isn't a way to send one email?
