ymohrey Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 (edited) Hello. I've recently acquired a domain through Squarespace and am trying to set up my DNS using Amazon's Route 53 service. I have obtained the custom NS records from Route 53 and am trying to input them into Squarespace's nameserver settings. However, I'm encountering an issue. Every time I attempt to update the nameservers with the ones provided by Route 53, I receive an error message saying "Couldn’t update nameservers. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support." Here are the steps I've taken: Double-checked the NS records provided by Route 53 to ensure accuracy. Cleared my browser's cache and cookies and tried again. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem or have any insights on how to proceed? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best regards, YMohrey Edited October 16, 2023 by ymohrey
