Text hover over thumbnail

Hi, I'm looking to see if there is a code where I can insert that when a mouse hovers above a thumbnail, text appears. I'm using the Wells template

You can use Image Block - Inline layout to achieve this.

Would that mean I need to redo my entire site?

@tuanphan I can't make any adjustments because it doesn't look like I have fluid engine. Is there a way for me to check/switch to it?
