Automaticly add the latest Blog Post to the announcementbar

Hi Folks,
I would like to Automaticly add the "blog-excerpt", the "blog title" and the "blog category" divided by "//" of the latest blog post to the announcment bar linking to the blog post itself (so I don't have to do it over and over again) .
Is this possible with css or code insert?
Can anyone help me?

My ideal is you can add Summary Block to Footer (show 1 post only), then we can use CSS to style it like as your screenshot, then use Script code to move Summary into Announcement Bar.

Yes let's give it a try, but i need the 3 Post in the footer as there are mostly different exhibitions to be diplayed at the same time, is there a way to keep them and have the Summary Block somewhere invisible?

You need to 3 posts show here, Each time will display 1 post, and will switch to another post after a few seconds

No just display the first/newest post.

switch is not needed. Just the latest Post
