what are the squarespace nameservers and i will update this at our register for this site

Although you've posted a screenshot of records at Claranet, these aren't live on the internet, so I encourage you to contact them for support. Let us know how you get on.

thanks for the reply, i have already been in touch with them and they said its a squarespace issue

these records have been in place for about 72 hours now

I have another squarespace / claranet site and it worked instantly

its just this site that is not working and hasn't worked
