Where do I control the size of the bottom nav - Beaumont template

What style do I adjust if I want the bottom navigation to be smaller (next to the arrows)? It's huge right now and I don't know what style it's been assigned because I don't know what Squarespace called this element.

Related: Is there a cheat-sheet of sorts that shows what styles are for which elements? There are so many other text items on my site that need size adjustments and I'm not finding what I think their element names should be under "Assign Styles".

Site Styles > Fonts > Assign Styles > Portfolio: Item - Heading

In Size option > Choose Custom > Then enter new size
