A website for an Electronics business

Hi,

I have only used Squarespace to make a simple website. I have a friend who has offered me some money to make them a website for their business. He is a friend, it's not much money just symbolic. Like 200 eur.

They import electronic products from China and sell them in another asian country. Currently their business is mainly promoted on Facebook, he posts images and people message him then his business arranges transport after payment. Tvs, Electric Bikes, Sports equipment, etc.

Would Squarespace be a good way to build a website for his business? Can a newbie like me make a simple site for him?

Should I aim to make a simple 'Front' for his business to promote products or should I aim to have a full eccomerce site that can handle stock, process payments etc etc?

Thoughts and Ideas please?!
