Found injected code in footer and need help

Hi all, 
I was hoping someone could help me identify what this code is?  I found it in Code Injection - Footer and it was not allowing one of my pages (newsletter sign up) with a form to submit properly.  
Here is the code: 

<script>(function(){var s = document.createElement("script");s.setAttribute("data-account","wYTpvQWoS6");s.setAttribute("src","https://cdn.userway.org/widget.js");document.body.appendChild(s);})();</script>

I removed it from the site and it is working properly now.  just want to ensure that I don't need that code for anything specific in my footer section?
