canevasfatal Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Hello, I 'm encountering a LOT of trouble with the recently updated "orders" interface. First, they rearranged the address, where customers names were separated from the delivery address (so I have to remove all the useless infos manually when I copy/paste them) Then they reduced the customers infos area to the far right of the window ... which sometimes hides capital infos such as the "regional number", and some of the articles names too ... I contacted the support, but they don't have the problem on their screens ... and recommand to delete cookies and start again ... Of course it doesn't changes anything. Has anyone else noticed this kind of situation ? Because I 'm losing so much time now whereas a few months ago the UI was perfectly fonctionnal ... paul2009 1
PACoffee Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 Yep, the re-imagined layout of this is driving me bonkers. I can not fathom why I have to dig in so far to find order details. They even buried the "Orders" under Selling. Not sure where they found the rocket surgeons designing this stuff, but it's horrible. Making me thinking about moving to Shopify.
