I cant select or copy and text on my site

I cant select or copy any text on my site, I dont know how I did it but I cant undo it now. I didn't perform any code injections or anything in that world as its outside my wheel house. please advise. 

I guess ill say the reason why this is problematic is even during editing the site im unable to make selection or even utilize the mouse, I have to use the arrow keys to navigate the page im editing. This feels like it could be a bug of some kind or something. 

update: I've checked for code injections and dont see any code injections anywhere. Ive tried different browsers. Same.

Are you editing the blog page?
