Customize carousel summary

Hello! I'd like to customize my carousel summary block to look like the screen shot. Three visible blocks, with the first one larger and the last one extending past the edge of the screen. When the user clicks the arrow, the second (centre) image would move over to the 'featured' spot, it's title would appear, and it would scale up. Does anyone know how I would achieve this, or can point me to a plugin that can?
