How do you shorten the depth of the acuity scheduling block when taking payments and a customers bank asks them to verify a transaction?

Recommended Posts

When a customer goes through our website booking process, they are asked to verify their transaction by their bank in the final stages. After they have entered their payment information and hit continue, they are presented with the bank verification stage, but this only fills a very small part of the acuity scheduling 'booking block' right at the top, which means in particular, when booking on mobile you don't see this unless you physically scroll up. This is problematic because we are losing customers at this point.

How can this block containing the banks verification stage be automatically shortened/ cropped?

The site currently only subscribes to the basic scheduling plan. If this was upgraded, could the block be customised using code? And if so what code would that be?

Any/ all ideas welcome.

Thanks in advance 😀
