How to add images to in accordion block?

I added an accordion/dropdown to a website I am building (it's still in trial atm so can't share link). I'd like to add an image for each section (on the left-hand side)..and I guess I need to inject a code, but I am not familiar at all with coding (I can just make basic updates) - anyone can please help me? I am enclosing a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve..

You can achieve this design with CSS Background-Image and also Pure JS.
