Lead Generation Capabilities for a landing page- Real Estate

Hi, I am new to square space. Looking like everything google is coming this way for domains, I decided to create a landing page for my Real Estate Business, as I have the domain for my email. I have went through and completed most of the page, at the bottom I see the subscribe and enter your email option.   I do not have a newsletter for my potential clients to view, but I was wondering is there a feature that I can have them put in there Name, Email, Interested in: Buying/Selling/Appraisal.  Let me know what options are out there.
