Hover effect wont show anymore on mobile.

Hi!

Just under a week ago my home site (image gallery) worked well on all computer and mobiles browsers.
My laptop (Safari, Chrome, Brave) still shows captions on top of all images but not anymore in mobile.

Any idea why it stopped working suddenly even though I haven't done anything? Could someone fix or at least check my CSS source code?

If you go to the ''projects'' page the it works on hover normally but that is the Squarespace standard template. 
The index/home page I created using CSS and with the help of the community had the same feature just a week ago... Weird...

It seems to work for me, though mobile hover is always a problem since you don't particularly have a hover state there.

So in your mobile the hover state works well?
I've tried with the mobiles of my colleagues and even restarted the settings of my mobile phone browser... No help...

A week ago when we browsed the site via mobile, the first touch always activated the hover state (image zoom in, darker tone and the caption txt appeared -> the same way it works on my laptop) but didn't open the link unless the image was pressed another time -> exactly the same way as it works in the ''projects'' page.
Does it work the way with you mobile what I just described? Just feels weird that it stoped worked since last weeks it was amazing... :(

Did you see any other issues on the CSS or do you have any suggestions what should I do to repair this issue?

No, it doesn't work well on the homepage or projects page, the experience is equally underwhelming.

If it stopped working that may be to do with the browser since your code didn't change.

Often the best solution to hidden hover content on mobile is to show it all of the time.

It's quite mind-boggling since in my mobile (and the ones that have tested the site yesterday and today) the project page works well... 
If the issue would be in the browser it should work (most likely) with another one. In my mobile I have Safari, Brave, and DuckDuckGo. Non works the same as last week. I asked my 5 of my colleagues as well. They have the same.

Dunno... I'm sad now.....
