Custom Redirect Based on Form Selection

Hello, 
Im looking to setup a form similar to the website I have listed below. I would like to setup the form so clients can choose a dropdown and it will redirect to the correct page depending on the type of selection of pick up location and drop off location which will then show them what vehicles we have and price of the travel.
