The Location is wrong on the Confirmation Page

I created a test coupon code for myself so I could see what the scheduling looks like for my spa. 

When I get to the confirmation page, the "Location" for the appointment is the address I put for my home in the intake form. It doesn't show the address for the spa. The same thing was happening with the confirmation emails. I was able to edit the email templates to show the correct location, but the Confirmation page is still showing the wrong address. How do I fix this? (Location shown below as 4424, which is the test address I put in the intake form)
