Calculator widget

Hi, thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to add a sliding scale calculator to my site. As you move the slider up the scale, the number below change accordingly. I'm sure i had it working at some point but now, it looks right but the numbers don't change when you move the slider.

I pasted the code into an html block. There is a notification below saying something 'code removed'
