Overall Site Background Style App error is there a CSS Workaround?

Currently as my site loads it displays a darker colour background from the theme. The app way of changing site styles is currently not working for me and apparently the engineer team are looking into this but for now a temporary workaround is required. I wondered if anyone knows how to fix this using CSS or Custom Code. Basically changing the default site style to lightest which you can only do in the app (which seems very odd!)

Thanks @Ziggy I've changed that theme so it uses the lighter background colour but hopefully it will be available as an option in the future!
