Creating a domain word.domainname.com

I want to create a second Squarespace website that's the agency side of our business and have it be agency.capgmedia.com to be a subdomain for capgmedia.com, our productions (the main one we're building) division. Is it possible to do this through Squarespace? When I tried to register the domain, it would let me do agency (DOT) cap media. It just came up as agencycapgmedia.com 

Can someone provide some advice, please?
