Business to Business appointments

I schedule business to business appointments on a previous version of Acuity I could customize the appointment booking form labels and I changed the "first name" field to "Business name" and used the "last name" field as "Contact Person". Since that has been removed I added it to the intake forms. However, with this I am having problems with Zapier creating Google Docs with the Business name from the intake form instead of %First% etc. Is there another way to schedule an appointments for a business?
