Is there a way of customising the tags in an archive so each tag is a different colour?

Recommended Posts

Yes, there are a number of ways you could do that. Can you share your website URL and the location of the tags you want to change colour? Do you want them all different?

Hey @Oliokd123, give this a go:

// ARCHIVE BLOCK TAGS //

li.archive-group {
  &:nth-child(1)  {
    color: red;
  }
  &:nth-child(2)  {
    color: orange;
  }
  &:nth-child(3)  {
    color: yellow;
  }
  &:nth-child(4)  {
    color: green;
  }
  &:nth-child(5)  {
    color: blue;
  }
}

This is what the above code looks like on my demo site:
