Padding top & bottom increasing as the screen width scaling up

Hi everyone,

While I was testing out my website display on a bigger screen, I noticed the padding top & bottom growing up. It causes big gaps between elements (buttons, images, texts and so on).

I do not know how to solve the problem. I tried out through CSS code but it does not really help me. 

I attached a video of the gap appearing randomly on my big screen 🤯

That does not appear on the actual one. Do I have to give you the access to the one I am redesigning ?

Here are examples of what is happening on each block. I do not know what to do ! Please, help 😇
