Slideshow block code? Alternative to the missing gallery/slideshow feature

I'm sure this issue has been addressed before but can someone direct me to the forum link or code to be able to do a slideshow feature instead of having to scrolling down to each image?

I believe the gallery sideshow view is no longer available in the newest Squarespace versions.

If you are on v7.1 there are two main options.

Gallery sections which have a a slideshow option in the design settings.

Some of the Auto Layouts might work for you. Just depends on your needs.
