Automating response to customer inquiries

Understand the challenges of a small team. I'd recommend using AI chatbots. I currently use Gista for a similar purpose. It's accurate, prompt, and aids in lead conversion. 

While chatbots like LiveChat and Zendesk are good options, their AI integrations aren't as easy to use, and are much more expensive.
