Using something like Heather Tovey's block identifier browser extension you can find the block ID.

Then go to custom CSS and paste this, updating it as you need.

#yourblockid .sqs-block-button-element{
  color: white; /*Your text colour code goes here*/
  background-color: black; /*Your background colour code goes here*/
}
#yourblockid .sqs-block-button-element:hover {
  color: white; /*Your hover text colour code goes here*/
  background-color: black; /*Your hover background colour code goes here*/
}
