Spotify podcast embedded code not responsive on mobile

I am creating a podcast page for my client and they sent the spotify embed code - when I put it in and adjust the size it looks great on desktop but it gets cut off on mobile - it is not responsive. Is there CSS or a code I need. I haven't had this issue with other media. I googled this but can't seem to find anything. Thanks for any help.  Screenshot below.

Hello, old thread I know, but how did you achieve this design? Is it the Spotify API?

I think use custom code. If you share link to page where you added Spotify, I can take a look
