Cannot get either Squarespace domain to function in any way. Cannot change template or edit content….

Hello, will an expert please contact me back ASAP via post and private message?  I am hearing impaired and would really appreciate it.  I cannot get either one of my 2 Squarespace domains to function in any way at the present time and this is truly an emergency.  And tech support chat is closed so it says.  Are there other ways to reach tech support, such as via Twitter, Facebook, etc….????
