Video to play on scroll ONCE

I have a video that will be further down a page, and I don't want it to start playing until the user gets to that area. I'm using this plugin: https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespace-plugins/background-videos-utils), which solves the problem via a background video uploaded from Vimeo or Youtube, but I can't figure out how to get the video to only play once. Does anyone know how to make this possible? (I haven't started building the page yet, so there is nothing to link to here yet.)
