Client wants big logo image to span width of site with navigation menu justfied left, phone number button justified right, underneath

So client wants the logo really big, like this:

But they want the navigation menu underneath, justified left, with button justified right, also under logo image. Like this:
1: Logo
2: Navigation Menu
3: Button

This is how I have the default template layout now, thinking this would be the easiest to operate off of. Let me know what you think:
