Affiliate marketing and automated updates

Hi 

I have a website which curates product and has affiliate links through to branded websites.  I am looking for a solution where if a product either goes out of stock or has a price change I will be notified to update my site or better still update the price automatically.  Does anyone know whether there is an automation product/solution that can do this?
