how do you make a text on mouse hover over lay on an image in square space 7.0 website with custom css with template sofia rey

Hi i am trying to make the image alt text hover on mouse over on an image on this portfolio page in square space 7.0 website with custom css with template sofia rey. It is my portfolio page and I would like the name of the project to show and the image to darken on hover.

i thought i did! sorry its https://www.kristibozeman.com/ and i actually would love if it was a transparent black overlay with the project title over it then that went away when you hover it. i would love any help! @tuanphan

Can you enable Image Caption first? Then we can give CSS code to create effect easier
