common-vendors-59c04f8938954d6b82ba4-min.en-US.js.map not found, causing site to not function properly.

Good morning, 

Two days ago the error below started popping up in the console for our website. When this error started popping up numerous images and videos won't load on the website, the menu is not functioning in mobile, the navigation is center aligned (instead of right aligned), the social icons are not appearing in the navigation. I spoke at length with SquareSpace support and they said it is caused by custom code.  The problem is I have removed ALL custom code and references to custom code (external JS files) from the site. I know I can change the website to Developer Mode and remove the standard SquareSpace header. Also, I can run the preview is Safe Mode and everything works fine.  And since I removed all code reference on the site, it confirms the issue is the standard SquareSpace JS code.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
