Squarespace Website not Firing a Purchase Event

Hi Everyone,

We have a Squarespace website with GA4 installed. Test purchases (using the Stripe test card number) show up correctly in GA4. However, real purchases with actual credit or debit cards aren't triggering the purchase event. We've had 12 real orders since last week, but none of them are showing up. We're not even seeing the event without test mode enabled.

Has anyone encountered this issue, particularly with Squarespace and GA4?
