Adding a Blog-Only Footer?

Hi there! I'm trying to sort out how I can add a footer-like component to ONLY blog post pages.

I'd like to have an additional footer-style element that appears on all posts on a specific blog (not all blog pages) – this way I can update the info in one place, rather than trying to go through every blog post for changes.

Is there a way to due this with custom code? Is there a plug-in I can use?
