Contact Form Reply SPAM

Contact Us Form Submission emails are sent to me with 4 hyperlink URLs.  When I email reply directly, my response is deposited in SPAM so my potential clients never see my reply in their inbox. 

Instead of manually removing all hyperlinks (to lessen the spam flag count) there has to be a better way- How can I customize the Squarespace default form submission email, so Contact form fillers will see my email response?

This is a common complaint - replies to form submission emails are often trapped in spam filters.

Unfortunately isn't possible to customise the form submission emails so you'll need to use a workaround. For example you could do one of the following:

• Click 'reply' to the email and remove the links and surplus text before sending
• Copy and paste the central section of the form submission text into a new reply
• Send form submissions to an external service (such as Zapier) that can filter the response and automatically send you a version without surplus text and links

I appreciate this is not what you wanted to hear, but I hope this helps.
