my site wont load and there is no way i am seeing of trouble shooting that as well as it wont let me contact them for that is its not in any of the drop down boxes provided

exactly as the title says.

the site says its published.  worked a couple days ago on computer and phone. nothing has been changed. now it just wont come up. at first it gave me a warning on google chrome saying the site is not protected and i cant view it, now it just wont connect. website not working is not an option on contacting them. what do i do. i need my website up, my busininess launches next week.

Hey there, I was experiencing issues with both my site loading and the Squarespace frontsite about 10 minutes ago. Per status.squarespace.com, which is where Squarespace will post about known outage issues, they are currently investigating connectivity issues.

I'd recommend keeping eyes on that site to see when it's resolved. Once resolved, clear your browser cache and then try viewing/logging into your site.

If their Help Center is down, you won't be able to reach their support team. However, you can always try visiting the Help Center through an incognito window to see if you're able to reach them that way.
