audio Audio recording for website users

Hi,

I have got a customer who wants to create a music database on squarespace. 

So far I have managed to get everything done with the SoundCloud extension, audio file upload, etc. The problem I am encountering now is as follows;

My customer wants site visitors to be able to directly record their songs on his squarespace website. Does anyone know if there exists a microphone plugin/extension I could use so that visitors can not only upload their mp3-files, but record themselves directly?

I'd really appreciate your help!!

It isn't possible for website visitors to add content to a Squarespace website. You'll need to use an alternative platform.

It isn't possible for any 'plugins' or code to add this functionality to Squarespace. However, Squarespace does allow you to embed other content from other sites - using iframes or embed block.
