What is the best way to upload an album to my website that can be sold as a download?

Hello,

I'm trying to add an album of WAV files for paid download.  

On my website editing page, I'm on the products page for commerce, and I have selected downloads. I've added the information and now I want to add the inventory but I can only add one WAV file (there are ten) and a zipped file seems to take an age for the upload to even get started.

What am I doing wrong?

You can only add one file to each 'digital download product'. That's just how digital downloads function on Squarespace. If there are ten files per product, you will need to place them in a single file, such as a .zip file as you have been trying to do. I do recommend testing the process from a customer's perspective (using different browsers) to ensure users can download their purchase.

Regarding the slow upload, if you're experiencing technical difficulties then I encourage you to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care.
