LONDNR Posted September 13 Share Posted September 13 I've transferred an existing domain to Squarespace and my emails stopped working. So I spoke to the help centre at of Siteground (where my emails are) and they gave me custom MX records to input in the DNS settings and said my emails should start coming through again. However, my emails are still not working. I’m wondering whether Squarespace just doesn’t support this option? Can any one advise, losing business every hour I can't access my emails! Link to comment

Have you added the records required for mail (including the MX records) to Squarespace? Can you provide a screenshot?
