CookieYes is blocking my blogs and contact form unless "accept all" is selected

My blogs and contact form do not appear unless "accept all" has been clicked in response to the CookieYes  banner.  What do I need to do to solve this?  Please explain in extremely simple terms!

@SueW Since you're injecting the CookieYes code to the HEADER of the site, it's running the CookieYes code first before the browser has time to render the HTML and CSS styling of the page.

A better approach would be to inject the CookieYes code to the FOOTER which will allow the browser to render the HTML and CSS  before running the CookieYes script.
