ErenAngiolini
Hello! A few weeks ago I've started receiving emails saying "Mailchimp didn't save your recent Form Block submission". Now, I stopped using Mailchimp earlier in the year and switched to a new provider, Flodesk. I have since then completely deleted my Mailchimp account and have used my newsletter form blocks without issue. I have no idea what these errors refer to, the customer support has not been able to help even if I talked to them 3 times: twice I was told to reopen my Mailchimp account and remove the integration from there (which makes little sense to me since I had literally DELETED the account and remove the integrations on Squarespace side too), now I've been told they have no idea why this is happening or how to solve it. Seems like there is NO trace of Mailchimp on my Squarespace settings, so I really have no clue why this is happening and how to stop it. Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone please help me figure out what is happening? Thank you very much Link to comment

I think in the end I was able to figure out (with extreme difficulty, because no one at Mailchimp's support was helpful), that it was the pop-up newsletter box I had on my site that was POSSIBLY still connected, since it was added with code and not with a feature. So I removed it. Never happened again. I haven't tried adding it back in again. Unfortunately the Squarespace support was non very useful: since the box was added with code and not a site feature, they say they can't cover that since it's something I've put manually and not something Squarespace is responsible for. But yeah, for me it looks like it was the pop up newsletter box. I hope this helps! Link to comment
boomhauscreative
We are going through the same thing now as we have received these email twice now. We where using MailChimp in the beginning but opted to move to SQSP email campaigns. Link to comment
